We are living in unusual and historic times. This session is anyone that would like more understanding of spiritual struggles and growth during a Pandemic or any other trauma induced period

It’s a 30 minute session in person, facetime or zoom.

We will go over:

• your personal stress and growth points

• integration and disintegration during trauma

• grace for ourselves and others; in depth understanding as to why we are acting the way we are acting

• tips and blind spots

• ( you may add on 15- 30 min increments if you have more in- depth questions)
